While not all days will look the same, the structure of most day will look like this:
A Prep Section
This includes a warm-up and mobility piece focused on increasing your range of motion & prepping you for the upcoming workout.
A Strength & Body Sculpting Section
Each day will focus on 2-3 body parts.
A Conditioning Section
This is usually an 8-12 minute higher intensity workout intended on getting your heart rate up & improving your overall conditioning.
Total workout time: 35-50 Minutes

Don't get me wrong, you're going to have to put in the work! However, I've simplified the process as much as possible for you.
Here's how it works: As soon as you make your initial, you'll receive immediate access to Week 1. Every week for the next 6 weeks, you'll get access to the upcoming week's training.
The format is super easy to follow! I've even included video demos for every single exercise. Just click any movement and the video will pop-up. Additionally, you'll find a few important notes for each workout section (most days have about 4 sections) that'll ensure you're doing everything as intended.
Most day will includes a Prep (warm-up and mobility), a Strength & Body Sculpting, and a Conditioning section.
