Once you join the team, I'll need to assess your abilities as a CrossFit athlete in order to set goals and develop a plan just for you. Often, you'll be doing 4-8 week cycles with a specific training goal in mind. Rest assured that my goal is for you is year-round development that maximizes your abilities as a CrossFit athlete.

Every athlete deserves a coach who understands their motivations and is invested in their success. That's exactly what I'll provide you with when you join my team. We'll have regular check-ins, and you will always have access to me if you have any questions about your training.

My goal is to train your body AND mind for any workout you could face. Some athletes are super strong, some excel at body weight movements, but almost all individuals have an area of fitness they rely on more heavily than others—and there's nothing wrong with that. Unless, of course, your training fails to address your weakest links. Team Training Day's Individualized Programming is designed to maximize YOUR abilities in ALL areas of fitness: strengths, weaknesses, gymnastics, odd objects, etc. I'll leave no stone unturned in our quest to consistently make you a better athlete.
