This program is intended for individuals who need a structured functional fitness workout program (with a strength bias) that they can complete in under an hour each day.

What does a "strength bias" mean?

In short, a strength bias means training will be primarily focused on improving strength. Specifically, training will focus on both improving an athlete's ability to lift heavier weights and their ability to move submaximal weights for longer periods of time before fatiguing. After completing this program, you will see considerable improvement in your overall strength and strength endurance.

Each training day includes:

A Main Conditioning WOD

On most training days you'll have an original high-intensity conditioning workout.  Many of these workouts will complement your strength training work while simultaneously training your conditioning. Each workout will have a different stimulus, ranging from: short and long, light and heavy, high-skilled and low-skilled, and everything in between. Our workouts are fun and effective—and of course, will fit perfectly into the overall training plan. Nothing is random.

A Bonus Accessory Component: Engine Builder, Strength, Oly, Gymnastics & Functional Pump

Each day you'll have the option to complete at least one accessory workout. Our goal is to provide you with a complete training program to improve your overall fitness. We'll leave no area untouched! However, as stated earlier there will be a heavy lean toward strength training. Therefore, most of the accessory components will be strength-related.

Improve your raw barbell strength: squat, deadlift press.
Improve your Olympic Weightlifting: snatch & clean + jerk.
Improve your raw bodyweight strength: pull-ups, handstand push-ups, etc.
Continue training your conditioning through high-intensity conditioning workouts.
Each training session is estimated to last about an hour. 5x/week.
