1. Our best-selling "Squat Gainz"
This 8-week squat program was designed keeping the prevailing science in mind. As such, intensity, volume, and frequency are structured for maximum strength and mass gains. The goal of this program is to help you build mass, strength, and the ability to move heavier loads for multiple reps. Most days you'll have a main lift and 2-3 accessory components.
2. Oly Strong
The main goal of this 12-week program is to increase your snatch and clean + jerk. Throughout this period, our emphasis will extend to your squat, pulling, and pressing strength. If you want to blast through your best lifts, and set new PRs this is the program for you!
3. Functional Pump
This 12-week program is designed to maximize total body strength and hypertrophy. This program includes a ton of squats, presses, and pulling-type movements commonly seen in CrossFit. But, including more functional bodybuilding helps us isolate and build muscles in a way that CrossFit simply cannot.
4. TD's Olympic Weightlifting
Our original and proven 12-week Oly program. The perfect way to wrap up a year of strength gains!
