CrossFit to Half Marathon: A 12-Week Training Program

This program is designed for beginner runners who want to prepare for their first 13.1-mile race. On average you'll be running four times a week.
The half marathon is one of the most popular race distances in the world. My goal is to get you ready to run a 13.1 at the end of the 12 weeks.
To start this program, I suggest that you have a basic level of fitness. If you've been doing CrossFit (as the title assumes) or any of my other training programs, you should be good to go.
