DailyFit (Endurance Bias): 8-Week Functional Fitness Program
Have a question?
This program is intended for individuals who need a structured functional fitness workout program (with an endurance bias) that they can complete in under an hour each day.
What does an "endurance bias" mean?
In short, an endurance bias means training will be primarily focused on improving endurance. Specifically, training will focus on one or all four of the main monostructural metabolic conditioning exercises found in CrossFit: running, rowing, skiing & biking. After completing this program, you will see considerable improvement in your overall aerobic capacity.
Each training day includes:
Most training days you'll have an original high-intensity conditioning workout. Each workout will have a different stimulus, ranging from: short and long, light and heavy, high-skilled and low-skilled, and everything in between. Our workouts are fun and effective—and of course, will fit perfectly into the overall training plan. Nothing is random.
Each day you'll have the option to complete at least one accessory workout. Our goal is to provide you with a complete training program to improve your overall fitness. We'll leave no area untouched! However, as stated earlier there will be a heavy lean toward endurance training. Therefore, most of the accessory components will be engine builder-related.
• Become a better rower, runner, biker, and overall athlete.
• Learn to train with the right intensity and volume.
• Improve your ability to pace different types of workouts.
• Scale/modify the volume to your current abilities.
