The main goal of this 8-week program is to maximize athlete potential through just 15-30 minutes of daily accessory work.
With this program, your primary training remains unchanged—whether you're participating in a 1-hour functional fitness class or another routine. Our Accessory Gains program can be completed either before or after your main sessions.
*If you only have 15-30 minutes to train, this program can also be used as your main training routine.*
The structure of this program evolves over the 8 weeks, but generally follows this format:
- 4-5 Days of Accessory Work
- Each day includes 30 minutes of accessory exercises.
- You can complete the full 30 minutes, or if you're short on time, opt for a 15-minute version.
- On average, your weekly routine will include:
- Lower body: 2x per week
- Upper body: 2x per week
- Gymnastics-focused accessory work: 2x per week
- Core: 2x per week
