Getting stronger

I've just started the 12 week Olympic weightlifting program. All I have to say about it is that I feel like I'm slowly getting stronger and am able to rectify my lifting technique. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their lifting.

Veryy good.

I really like but I just little modified because I'm doing Crossfit and have lot of another staff to do. But really like it.
