Whether you're training to get your first handstand push-up or seeking to elevate your skills to Rx level - our 6-week program is here to level up your handstand push-up game!

Every athlete can benefit from this program - from beginner to intermediate. 

  • On average most training days will take under 30 minutes. This can be done before or after your regular training regimen. 
  • Each week will have, on average, 3 training days.
  • This program will have different starting points, depending on your current skill level.
  • Strict work will be included, but the focus will be on improving kipping handstand push-ups.
  • This is a 6-week program but you can run this regimen multiple times and continue to benefit from it.
