Every athlete can benefit from this program - from beginner to intermediate.
- On average most training days will take under 30 minutes. This can be done before or after your regular training regimen.
- Each week will have, on average, 3 training days.
- This program will have different starting points, depending on your current skill level.
- Strict work will be included, but the focus will be on improving kipping handstand push-ups.
- This is a 6-week program but you can run this regimen multiple times and continue to benefit from it.
