The original Engine Builder is one of our best-selling, best-reviewed programs to date. It's a given, then, that I'd bring you a Volume 2 to keep the endurance gains coming!
Volume 2 gives you another 12-weeks of proven training for your aerobic capacity by focusing on the three main monostructural metabolic conditioning exercises found in CrossFit: running, rowing & biking. However, this program takes things to another level. Make sure you've completed Volume 1 before starting Volume 2 (it's not an absolute must, but definitely suggested). And a 2-week deload (at minimum) between the programs will make sure you go into Volume 2 with the needed intensity.
